Chimpanzee Monkey swinging from a tire swing. The piece has changed colors since it was created in 2001. A  was used for adding the dips on the side of the tire and to add a fur texture to the chimpanzee. 
Woods Used:  Various shades of Western Red Cedar, Aspen for the White. Suggested Blades:  for Western Red Cedar or any softwood.      for the hardwoods.  , or  to cut the interior lines (after the exterior lines are cut). Intarsia pattern designed by Judy Roberts.
